Dr. Baxley graduated from Baylor University in 1982 and Baylor College of Dentistry in 1986. Since then he has practiced dentistry in Austin and the DFW Metroplex, focusing mainly on Implantology and the restoration of fully/partially edentulous patients. Dr. Baxley served as President of the Ft. Worth District Dental Society from 2009-2010.

Shawn has been with our office since late 2010, but has been in dentistry since 98'. Years of clinical experience allow him to be a "go to" person for any solution. Although Katherine is a new member to our team, her charming smile and positive attitude will win you over instantly. She has been dental assisting for several years and her experience with chairside assisting will put any patient at ease!

TOMMY

Surgical Assistant

Tommy has been a member of our team since 2009. He plays a vital role in our surgical/denture department. He is fluent in both english and spanish and makes all difficult situations seem easy.

LYNN

Hygienist

Lynn has been working in hygiene for 12 years. Patients love her southern charm and upbeat attitude. It is very important to her that all patients are well informed about their oral condition before they leave!

NEL

Hygienist

Nel has been with our team since 2010. She provides her patients with all the information and tips they need to work towards a healthy mouth. Her calming personality and chipper laugh will help make you feel welcome and ready to come back for your next appointment.

TONY AND JASON

Both Tony and Jason have been with Lone Star Dental for close to a decade. They are the backbone of our in house dental lab. Both are hard working and pride themselves in doing the best work for dr. Baxley so that all of his cosmetic patients are happy when they leave.
